The only things you need to bring are the groceries and your clothes - all the cooking utensils, the outdoor grill, lawn furniture are provided. Inside the tastefully decorated 4 year old cottage you'll find a fridge, microwave, 4 burner gas stove and oven, washer & dryer as well as 4 TVs. It's waiting just for you!

PEAK SEASON RATES:

• PEAK SEASON: JUNE 19 - SEPT 11, $1850 per week
• Full weeks ONLY during Peak Season (Sat. to Sat. Only)
• EARLY BIRD SPECIAL: Deduct $100 for rentals during peak season if paid in full by Feb 14

OFF-SEASON RATES:

• SPRING OFF-SEASON: APRIL 24 - JUNE 19, $900 per week
• FALL OFF-SEASON: Sept 11 - Oct 9, $900 per week

RESERVATION FEE and SECURITY DEPOSIT:

• ALL RESERVATIONS (Full Week, Weekday, Weekends) are subject to a security deposit
• Reservation Fee for all rentals: $500
• A $750 security deposit (refundable) is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Your security deposit will not be deposited unless items are missing and/or damage is done. Your security check will either be destroyed or returned thirty (30) days after your departure date.
• A copy of your driver's license is also required with a signed contract
