The VIP 2102 Victoria LS Open Bow is powered by a MerCruiser 5.0 Fuel Injected V8 I/O engine that provides 270HP and has less than 30 hours on it.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
- ALL RENTALS are subject to a security deposit
- A $400 security deposit (refundable) is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Your security deposit will not be deposited unless items are missing and/or damage is done. Your security check will either be destroyed or returned thirty (30) days after your departure date.
- A copy of your driver's license is also required with a signed contract
- Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice

| Payment by Credit Card ONLY. The TENANT will provide LANDLORD a copy of both sides of a valid credit card that is in the name of the TENANT and will sign a blank credit card voucher for additional security deposit upon arrival. |

| Upon completion of usage, the boat(s) need to be returned with the fuel tank FULL. If the fuel gage reads anything less than FULL there will be a $150 fee, per boat rented, from the security deposit/credit card. |

| The VIP Bowrider usage is restricted to a maximum of 7 passengers. |

| NO SMOKING ABOARD THE VESSELS(S). |

| Forfeiture of the boat(s) security deposit and the boat(s) usage will occur if the above written statement(s)/policies are not adhered to. They can be viewed above as well as below in the Terms and Conditions as stated. |

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The TENANT expressly agrees that use of the above described property location (page 1); boat(s) and docking facility(s) provided are being used at his/her sole risk. The TENANT (and not the Owner) agrees to assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repairs or correction of any of the above stated property damaged during the LEASE period. The TENANT expressly agree(s) that neither the owner/lessor, nor its affiliated or related entities, nor any of their respective employees, or agents, nor any person or entity involved in the maintenance, servicing or any other activity related to any of the property/facilities, boats and docks, is responsible or liable to any person(s) (TENANT, his or her family members, relatives, friends or guests) and or other entities whatsoever for any loss, damage (whether actual, consequential, punitive or otherwise), injury, claim, liability or other cause of any kind or character whatsoever based upon or resulting from the use of any of the properties/facilities, watercraft (motorized or non-motorized), docks (floating or non-floating), that are either used or occupied and are either on or off the rented/leased premises during this Lease/Short Term Agreement. |
